Jacques Lafitte, Founder of Avisa Partners, delivered a speech at «GR-Congress» held in Moscow (Russia) on 29 and 30 October 2009.   The first edition of the «GR-Congress» has set up an ambitious goal to bring together high level professionals specializing in Public Affairs and Governement Relations in Russia and abroad so as to discuss current professional trends and share opinions on key topics affecting the practice of lobbying professionals.   GR-Congress was organized by GR Research and Consulting Center – a leading Russian scientific reasearch and consulting institution specializing in the field of lobbying and Government Relations in Russia and CIS.
