Environment practice

The European Union leads the global debate on environment and is committed to “green the economy.”

Its energy and climate change policies represent among the most important legislative initiatives in the next decade.

For some companies, the legislation represents an enormous opportunity.

For others, it poses a dramatic risk. It will impact almost all businesses.
