We want to deserve your confidence.
We begin by listening to a client and making sure we understand his needs.
If we think we can help, we move to fact finding and provide initial intelligence.
We wait until this stage before making a formal proposal.
| A typical mission often includes: |
|
| 1 | We define realistic goals and propose a suitable strategy. |
| 2 | We explain and navigate the complicated Brussels’ decision-making process. |
| 3 | We provide traditional “big picture” monitoring and “soft sounding” intelligence. |
| 4 | We help identify what type of message will be effective and assist in the development of position papers and other outreach documents. |
| 5 | We establish contacts with relevant elected and appointed EU officials and deliver the right message at the right time to the right person. |
| 6 | We find allies facing similar issues and help forge coalitions. This often involves serving as a “go between” with opposing parties such as non-governmental organizations. Our goal is often to achieve a compromise which benefits both sides. |
| 7 | We organise tailor-made seminars and lunches with key decision makers, setting the stage for presenting the client’s views. |
| 8 | We organise grass root lobby actions in the European Parliament, usually in cooperation with one or two supportive MEPs. |
| 9 | We reach out to Member State governments who are active on particular issues in the European Council. |
| 10 | We communicate with the press. We also coach and train client’s executives on either EU affairs or public relations. |
